A small renewable energy company specialising in LED lighting, Solar and Hot water Pumps, in located Liverpool. We are looking for a dedicated full time Compliance/Admin Officer. Even though we are a small company, we excel in the renewable energy sector and have a clear plan for growth in the near future.

To be considered for the role, you must have a can-do attitude and be receptive to change. We are also looking for someone with at least 1-2 years of administrative experience, ability to use Microsoft office and have a sound understanding of CRM software. If you are reliable, hardworking, self-motivated and organised with a positive attitude, this role is for you.

**Job duties**:

- Stay on top of our internal processes to ensure smooth operation from point of sale to compliance.
- Updating internal CRM software
- Assisting with scheduling of upcoming jobs
- Contacting customers after installation to ensure satisfaction with completed works.
- Managing accounts sitting within our compliance queue and clearing backlog.
- Office allrounder

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Liverpool, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 2 years (preferred)
- Administration: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
