Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our construction projects from inception to completion.

  • The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of construction, ensuring timely delivery, within scope and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental guidelines.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • Degree in Construction Management or Project Management (or equivalent).
  • Proven knowledge of EHS laws and regulations.
  • Understanding of NCC and Australian Standards.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to write and manage construction programs.
  • Local experience in construction management is essential.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Project Manager in construction in ACT, fit-out, or commercial construction.
