Qualifications:

  • Formal education in finance, business, law, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management experience in complex client service settings.
  • Experience working with Aboriginal communities or non-profit organizations.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Strong skills in conflict resolution and managing contentious discussions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Empathetic, resilient, and adaptable character.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently both independently and as part of a national team.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences.
