About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at ECi Executive. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and candidates across the construction and engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source and attract top talent for our clients
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to placement
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue growth
  • Contribute to the development of our recruitment strategies and processes

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the construction and engineering sectors
  • Strong knowledge of the Australian job market and recruitment industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Results-driven and target-oriented
