Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate the implementation of institutional segregated mandates and Janus Henderson registered products.

  • The successful candidate will have a full understanding of requirements and documentation of runbooks.
  • They will participate in calls regarding events, supporting the operational and implementation components.
  • Responsibilities include assisting with coordinating the finalization of legal agreements for onboarding.

This role requires a detailed understanding of internal operating models and articulating the impact of new client/product structures or changes to existing structure.

Daily Tasks
  • Meetings hosting and chairing, including regular internal and externally facing working group meetings.
  • Seeding and de-seeding activity coordination within Janus Henderson products.
  • Daily interaction and monitoring of deliverables from TPA's.

Understanding regulatory obligations and abiding by regulated entity requirements and applicable policies is essential for this role.
