Job Description:

This role is focused on driving sales and rentals of pipeline equipment across the oil and gas sector, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting company growth initiatives. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing customer accounts while driving new sales and rental opportunities.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic business plans in collaboration with internal teams, delivering technical product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations to educate clients, preparing and delivering proposals, quotes, and contracts, negotiating and closing deals efficiently, building and enhancing the company's presence across marketing platforms and professional networks, and staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and projects.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years' experience in business development or sales within pipelines, processing plants, or facilities (oil and gas sector preferred)
  • Ability to understand and clearly articulate technical product specifications
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strategic thinker with excellent relationship-building abilities
  • Knowledge of pipeline equipment and industry trends is highly regarded
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
