About the Role:
MSS Security Pty Ltd is seeking a Security Officer to provide a security presence and excellent customer service to staff, visitors, and contractors at the AGL Macquarie power station, Muswellbrook.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting foot patrols to ensure people are safe and buildings are secure
- Escorting people around the site
- Ensuring property is locked and unlocked as required
- Directing and helping people to navigate around the site
- Writing reports in response to incidents
- Communicating calmly and clearly with key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate are essential
- NSW Security Licence
- Customer centric approach
- Proven ability to remain alert while being focused on task
- Flexibility and adaptability
