HR Support Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to support our HR operations.

The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting the HR team by providing administrative support, coordinating meetings and travel, contributing to program delivery, and maintaining accurate records and databases.

  • Assist with day-to-day operations and provide general administrative support to the HR team.
  • Coordinate meetings, forums, and travel for the HR team.
  • Contribute to the delivery of HR programs and projects.
  • Process documentation and generate reports related to HR functions and initiatives.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for employees, contractors, and temporary staff.

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must have:

  • Diploma or tertiary qualifications in Human Resources (or working towards qualification).
  • Administrative experience within an HR function.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • The right to work in Australia.
  • National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain.
