Job Summary:

As an HR Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support on HR matters, ensuring effective delivery of solutions and services to the organisation. You will manage day-to-day HR operations, delivering exceptional support across all levels while building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate internal records and registers, generating timely HR reports
  • Manage the HR inbox and escalate queries to the HR and Recruitment Team as required
  • Provide responsive and practice advice to leaders and employees for policy or procedure queries
  • Support employee lifecycle management for the HR BP's/Recruitment team and leaders
  • Prepare HR documents, including updating templates as needed
  • Assist in implementing HR/Payroll systems and processes

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a HR environment and blue-collar sector
• Ability to problem solve and think critically
• Juggling conflicting priorities, managing deadlines and stakeholder expectations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office package
