HR Support Professional

This role is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as we continue to grow and evolve. As an HR Support Professional, you will play a key part in supporting the People & Culture function.
- Draft employment contracts and letters of offer;
- Provide advice to employees on policies and procedures;
- Coordinate induction and onboarding processes;
- Maintain accurate data within our HR information system and filing systems;
- Support recruitment activities;
Ad-hoc assistance with overflow administrative tasks and backup payroll will also be required. You will be working closely with the HR Manager to ensure seamless delivery of all People and Learning activities for the organisation.
Your Skills and Qualifications- An energetic, professional, and proactive individual with a passion for HR and customer service;
- A minimum of previous experience in General Administration or HR Administration;
- A Diploma or Certification in Human Resource Management (HRM) or a similar field;
- A strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience in dealing with first-line enquiries will be highly regarded.
You will enjoy a dynamic and collaborative work environment where your skills and expertise are valued. Your hard work and dedication will contribute significantly to the success of the organisation.
