Sales Leader for Enterprise Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies and growth in a territory comprised of named accounts and a geographic region.

You will work closely with various teams including Strategic Account Managers, Solution Engineering, Channel Partners, Product, and Marketing organizations to achieve business objectives. Your role will involve building and implementing effective sales plans, driving the adoption of select products and services to our largest customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end sales motions for our scaled Agile solution
  • Collaborate with the Strategic account team on account planning and driving the book of business
  • Create territory and account plans
  • Cosell and collaborate with solution partners and GSIs
  • Forecast a pipeline for our scaled Agile solution

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of quota-carrying sales experience in a closing role
  • Experience selling Enterprise SaaS products
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
  • Familiarity with Scaled Agile Frameworks, and Lean Portfolio Management
  • Experience in Enterprise software sales, driving transformational deals
  • Experience growing Enterprise accounts through cross-selling and upsell
  • A customer-centric mindset
