Job Title: Category Supply Chain Manager

Company Overview:

Civeo is a leading global provider of workforce accommodation solutions.

We have over 9,000 permanent rooms under management in Queensland, New South Wales and Western Australia, and we operate approximately 9,000 rooms in client-owned properties in remote regions of Western Australia.

About Our Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Category Supply Chain Manager to join our Supply Chain team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the supply chain life cycle from sourcing, negotiation, contract management, supplier performance management, risk management, category management and fulfilment.

The Key Responsibilities of This Role Include:

  • Building High-Quality Relationships: You will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Individual Stakeholder and Vendor Relationship Management: You will manage individual stakeholder and vendor relationships, visiting suppliers and stakeholders as required.
  • Supplier Negotiations: You will assist with supplier negotiations within your delegation across multiple categories.
  • Supply Market Research: You will undertake supply market research, competitor assessments, market and technology trends.
  • Procurement Support: You will provide procurement support to the business in the authority for expenditure (AFE) process.
  • Category Material Change and Sourcing Programmes: You will adhere to individual category material change and sourcing programmes.
  • Supply Chain Systems Development: You will assist in the development of best practice systems for the supply chain, including freight forwarding, shipping, warehousing, courier management, inventory management, reporting, shipment tracking visibility and KPI's.
  • Financial Analysis and Modelling: You will assist with financial analysis and modelling, designing effective financials for tender documentation, post-tender analysis, logistics cost and other cost and valuing modelling as required.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business or commerce preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in procurement across multiple categories of spend.
  • Previous experience in a corporate environment dealing with complex organisational structures.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in remote locations, is an advantage.
