At Civeo, a leading global provider of workforce accommodation solutions, we are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager - Procurement Expert to join our Supply Chain team. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for identifying and tapping into direct supply channels from domestic and international markets, managing the supply chain life cycle from sourcing, negotiation, contract management, supplier performance management, risk management, category management, and fulfilment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building high-quality relationships with all internal stakeholders to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Individual stakeholder and vendor relationship management, including visits to suppliers, stakeholders, and sites as required.
  • Assisting with supplier negotiations within delegation across multiple categories.
  • Undertaking supply market research, competitor assessments, market and technology trends to inform procurement decisions.
  • Providing procurement support to the business in the authority for expenditure (AFE) process.
  • Adhering to individual category material change and sourcing programs.
  • Assisting in the development of best practice systems for the supply chain, including freight forwarding, shipping, warehousing, courier management, inventory management, reporting, shipment tracking visibility, and KPIs.
  • Assisting with financial analysis and modelling, designing effective financials for tender documentation, post-tender analysis, logistics cost, and other cost-valuing modelling as required.

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business or commerce, preferably.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in procurement across multiple categories of spend.
  • Previous experience in a corporate environment dealing with complex organisational structures.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in remote locations, is an advantage.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
