As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading on the restaurant floor. This includes task delegation and delivering exceptional customer service.

A crucial aspect of this role is overseeing the end of day close and fostering effective communication between Management, Head Chef, and other staff members.

In order to excel in this position, RCG certification is essential. However, we also welcome applicants who are willing to obtain it before starting work. Experience may be beneficial but is not a prerequisite for this role.

Within the kitchen, you will provide support to the Chef and Head Chef as needed. Your ability to present food effectively is vital; training will be provided to ensure your success in this area.
