Our team of experienced professionals is committed to delivering exceptional support services that cater to the unique needs of each individual.
Key Responsibilities- To work collaboratively with clients to develop and implement tailored support plans.
- To provide assistance with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
- To facilitate access to community resources and services.
- To maintain accurate records and reports.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A certificate III or higher in disability support work.
- Experience working with people with disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
