
Administrative Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Undertake procurement activities on behalf of the Facilities Department as guided by Council's Procurement Policy;
- Provide facilities operational and administrative support to internal and external stakeholders;
- Monitor, record keeping, assigning and actioning correspondence in task lists, shared mailboxes and calendars;
- Research and collation of asset information completion of operational and capital works submissions;
To be successful in this role you will need to possess the following skills and experience:
- Highly developed interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills dispute resolution and problem-solving ability;
- Ability to work independently to research complex customer requests and identify solutions;
- Multitasking while maintaining high attention to detail to ensure deadlines are met;
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage work to meet required targets;
