**About the role**:
Based at Darling Downs Power Station, and be a single point of contact across nominated Generation operational sites (current and future), who require varying levels of team administration and services support. Provide overall support and capability to the Regional leadership teams, Power Station Managers and site personnel.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide positive engagement and behaviours conducive to building an observable culture that drives and increases Operational Capability.
- Ensure procurement and finance processes are consistently maintained across relevant sites, by assisting, supporting, and monitoring key activities.
- Support the delivery of the Annual Operating Budgets and Annual Capital Expenditure.
- Develop, implement, execute and reporting of quality processes to increase operational capability, productivity and agility across Generation operational sites.
- Resolve site procurement, freight and workflow issues through engagement with Accounts Payable, Suppliers or any other business units.
- Support and improve operational onboarding activities and processes, to deliver a consistent, relevant, efficient, and positive experience for new starters. This Includes entering vendor onboarding data into Ariba.

**What will you bring?**
- Strong business administrative focus with strong negotiation skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to build effective relationships with business representatives, customers, and suppliers.
- High level of communication skills (verbal and written) - to influence and work across teams; an ability to develop high standard of technical documentation to meet business requirements and a demonstrated ability to successfully communicate across all levels.
- Expert knowledge of critical business operations including inventory control, purchasing and expense accounting.
- Expert knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems such as SAP, Oracle eAMS, IBM Maximo, MEX or equivalent.
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Contract Management.
