Customer Service Consultant Job Description

As a dynamic and customer-focused Care Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service experiences to internal and external customers. Based in Sandgate NSW, this is an Indigenous identified position that requires applicants to be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing assistance to Account Managers and National Strategic Accounts Managers with customer quotes, product information, and general enquiries.
  • Ensuring timely actioning of customer requests within allocated timeframes.
  • Continuing and cultivating all customer interactions through proactive communication and problem-solving skills.

To be successful, candidates must demonstrate:

  • Able to work Monday to Friday between 7:30am to 4:30pm.
  • Previous experience in providing an exceptional level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced sales and service environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving and investigation skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills are preferred.
  • Exposure or experience within a call centre or retail environment is preferred.
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the role.
