Customer Care Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has experience working in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to customers via Live Chat, resolving queries and escalations, educating and engaging customers, and collecting and communicating customer insights to drive positive change.
