We are on the lookout for a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our outbound sales division. As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for shaping our sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and fostering a culture of excellence and success.
Our perfect candidate is an experienced sales manager with a proven track record in managing high-performing teams in outbound call centre environments. They should possess strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to develop sales strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities- Recruit, train, and manage a team of outbound sales consultants
- Coach and mentor the team to maximise performance
- Generate revenue from SME businesses through B2B sales
- Manage KPIs (self and team) to ensure targets are met
- Develop new strategies and opportunities for potentially new customers
- Collaborate with management and technical specialists to identify opportunities and deliver solutions for new clients
- Previous experience managing a team in an outbound call centre environment
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
- Proactive, personable, and highly motivated
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
