Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of email, push, and SMS campaigns for ongoing CRM activities. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to deliver timely, accurate, and strategically aligned projects while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and performance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project governance and stakeholder management skills. They will collaborate with various teams, including marketing, creative, data, and technology, to ensure seamless delivery and measurable results.

Key responsibilities include leading the delivery of digital projects, maintaining core documentation, identifying and mitigating delivery risks, driving progress through clear communication and milestone tracking, building client relationships, providing strategic input, and identifying growth opportunities.
