Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage multi-channel demand generation strategies, including paid search, social media, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Deliver against campaign briefs to support e-commerce growth, defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute high-performing campaigns, landing pages, and promotional assets.
  • Lead, manage, and optimize complex paid media campaigns for various product launches, seasonal promotions, and ongoing activities.
New Channels and Partnerships:
  • Initiate, lead, and deliver marketing activities with key partners.
  • Drive strategic marketing campaigns for the growth of small and medium-sized business channels.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies across various product launches.
  • Drive attachment rates through key campaigns and events.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management within an e-commerce setting.
  • Success in implementing go-to-market plans across multiple digital touchpoints to drive sales and conversion.
  • Ability to develop and sell new propositions and business cases.
  • Strong stakeholder and agency management skills.
  • Capacity to be both strategic and hands-on to drive results.
  • Adaptability in a multicultural environment, understanding when to push and when to pull.
