We are seeking a Digital Campaign Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class digital activation across various channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital media platforms and the ability to work closely with a supportive team to set up and execute campaigns effectively.

You will be working with an innovative company that challenges market norms, and your goal will be to activate and monitor campaign performance, ensuring pacing aligns with goals.

As a key member of our team, you will produce post-campaign reports quantifying media value and provide actionable recommendations to drive business growth.

  • Review and Monitor Campaigns: Oversee digital media campaigns across platforms, ensuring campaign pacing aligns with goals.
  • Campaign Setup & Execution: Set up new campaigns across various platforms, ensuring optimal targeting, creative, and budget settings.
  • Optimise Campaigns: Tweak targeting, bids, or creatives based on performance data to ensure campaigns meet KPIs and run efficiently.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimisation: Regularly monitor live campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maintain proper pacing and alignment.
  • Reporting & Insights: Compile and prepare performance reports for stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations based on campaign data.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in digital activation or implementation roles.
  • Strong experience working with Meta, Google Ads, and/or DV360 (CM360 advantageous).
  • A strong appetite to activate and optimise campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Understanding of Media KPIs, measurement, and reporting.
