Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our Toll Fuels division in Spotswood, Victoria. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the operational work across accountable contracts, ensuring the execution of contractual obligations through effective and efficient management and allocation of resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate people and assets to deliver on service standards and targets
- Work effectively with the team by sharing information and effecting smooth transitions and changeovers daily without interruption to service levels
- First point of contact for drivers in resolving breakdowns and related driver issues
- Create and maintain a strong working relationship with all customers, staff, and drivers
- Undertake core operational administrative data entry and reporting functions, including payroll, fatigue management, customer billing requirements, and run sheet data

About You:
- 3+ years of experience in a supervisory position within transport or logistics
- Prior shift work experience is advantageous
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and fatigue management as it pertains to the transport industry
- Proven problem-solving ability with a solutions orientation
- Self-starter prepared to take the initiative and be accountable
- Champion of safe work practices and encourages others to follow HSE procedures
- Microsoft Office suite expertise
- Superior written and verbal communication skills across all levels of employees
