About the Role

The Site Operations Supervisor is a critical position within our construction team, responsible for coordinating and directing a team of skilled trade-based personnel to ensure project goals are achieved efficiently.

This role reports directly to the Construction Manager and requires someone with a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, particularly in telecommunication works. Experience working in a supervisory capacity is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and direct site operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of subcontractors, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to obtain approvals and sequence numbers for construction changes.
  • Liaise with the Area Supervisor/Superintendent to address resource requirements and shortages.
  • Collaborate with Site Engineers to ensure materials and equipment are readily available for construction activities.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a trade qualification and experience working in a supervisory position. Your skills and qualifications should include:

  • A strong background in civil engineering, particularly in telecommunication works.
  • Experience supervising contractors and managing site operations.
  • The ability to read and understand telecommunication plans.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
