Customer Service Team Leader

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our customer service team and coordinate store operational functions. This role is integral to our customer-facing team and will develop the knowledge and capability of the operations team using a coaching model and development framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop the knowledge and capability of the operations team through effective coaching and development strategies.
  • Supervise administrative processes and systems, ensuring compliance with core policies and standard procedures.
  • Support the management team in ensuring administrative activities meet compliance and legislative requirements, with an emphasis on safety.
  • Manage multi-channel fulfillment in line with procedures, including online, commercial, and click & collect orders.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a positive store and channel experience for customers and resolve customer complaints and queries as required.
  • Contribute to delivering The Good Guys brand and store experience to the highest standards through quality merchandising, in-store marketing, and presentation.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve skills and knowledge through available online platforms and active participation in other development opportunities.
