Senior Associate Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Senior Associate to join our Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety team in Brisbane.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to work on a variety of clients and high-profile matters, contributing to the growth and success of our practice group.

  • Key Responsibilities: Advise on all aspects of workplace relations, including industrial relations, employment, occupational health and safety, and anti-discrimination.
  • Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Associate working on employment and industrial relations matters. Safety experience is desirable.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Draft clear, concise, correct, and commercial advice and documents; strong people skills, ability to communicate and build rapport with clients; effective written and verbal communication skills.
