Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Legal Advisor to join our team. As a key member of the Legal function, you will play a critical role in providing expert guidance on legal, regulatory, and commercial matters.

In this role, you will engage with a wide range of work that supports the business's growth and development. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver results and make a genuine impact.


About the Role
  • Provide strategic legal advice on commercial, consumer, IP, corporate, and property matters.
  • Review and negotiate contracts, including customer, procurement, consultancy, IT, sponsorship, and leases.
  • Draft and maintain standard contracts and templates.
  • Manage disputes and support litigation processes.
  • Deliver legal training and guidance to the business.
  • Support the Assistant Company Secretary with board materials, regulatory filings, and governance tasks.
  • Assist with ASX and ASIC compliance, maintaining company registers, and managing employee share plans.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Laws degree or equivalent, and admission to practice in Australia.
  • In-house experience with exposure to governance or company secretarial work.
  • Strong commercial judgment and ability to assess risk quickly.
  • Confident communicator who speaks up when it matters.
