Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced ICT specialist to join our team as a Technical Consultant.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of technical expertise and leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex voice solutions using a variety of design tools, management, and monitoring systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the assessment, analysis, development, documentation, and implementation planning of complex voice/telephony/unified communications solutions.
  • Specify and design complex systems and recommend the strategy of how to migrate to proposed solutions, document the design standards, methods, and tools, consistent with agreed enterprise and solution architectures.
  • Undertake an evaluation of risks to the integrity of infrastructure inherent in proposed implementations. Conduct configuration changes on systems in line with programs of work and the Enterprise Change Management system.
  • Validate vendor designs, assure implementation plans, review bills of material, and statement of works.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to lead the design, publication, implementation, compliance, and delivery of Enterprise technical solutions/ICT changes to industry best practice frameworks for large scale IM/ICT infrastructure delivery projects.
  • Experience working with ICT governance processes, standard operating environments, and technical design assurance.
  • The capability to manage multiple stakeholders and act as the key technical escalation point for complex telephony and messaging solutions.
