Opportunity Overview

We believe in combining thought leadership with hands-on delivery. As Principal Impact & Insights, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our approach to defining, measuring, and learning from our work.

You will provide strategic advice, drive impact measurement and learning, and guide teams to translate big ideas into action.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic advice to senior leaders on organisational plans.
  • Identify, evaluate, and drive new strategic opportunities through to decision and execution.
  • Partner with teams to translate theories of change into action and evidence.
  • Shape and evolve our approach to impact measurement, learning, and adaptation.
  • Lead high-priority projects, coordinating delivery across internal and external partners.
  • Develop compelling reports, presentations, and storytelling that build trust and credibility with stakeholders.
  • Strengthen capability across the organisation by leading workshops, training, and resources that embed a culture of learning and collaboration.
About You

As a strategist and systems thinker, you thrive in complexity and bring expertise in impact measurement and evaluation.

You have experience developing and delivering strategy, measurement, and learning in complex organisations and proven ability to lead strategic projects.
