Operations Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organised individual to coordinate the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be passionate, dedicated, and empathetic, with excellent customer service experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, directing enquiries to the appropriate department and office. They will also greet clients and carers as they walk into the office, speak with clients and their families regarding our services, and liaise with all office staff to ensure current and correct staff compliance.

Additionally, the Operations Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining employee information up to date and assisting the Rostering Department with scheduling tasks when required. To be successful, you will need to have experience in a similar role, with standard computer programmes and the ability to quickly learn new programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls and direct enquiries to the relevant department
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and their families
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of employee information
  • Assist the Rostering Department with scheduling tasks
