We are seeking a highly organized and communicative professional to join our team as an Office Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day functions of our office, working closely with our administration team to ensure seamless operations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. They will also have proficiency in standard computer programs and be able to learn new ones quickly.

Responsibilities:

- Answer phone calls professionally and direct enquiries accordingly
- Greet clients and carers upon arrival
- Communicate with clients and their families about our services
- Liaise with carers and collect compliance items
- Maintain employee information up to date
- Coordinate with office staff from different locations
- Perform administrative duties as directed by management

Essential Criteria:

- Empathetic, passionate, and caring
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in standard computer programs and ability to learn new ones quickly
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Basic understanding of Aged Care, Disability, and Health systems
- Customer service experience in the industry
- National Police Check
- Current Driver's Licence
- COVID 19 Vaccination
