Job Title: Guest Service Ambassador

We are seeking a dependable and versatile guest services professional to join our team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining smooth daily operations, and supporting general venue upkeep.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Provide information about the hotel facilities and local area.
  • Respond to guest feedback, requests, and concerns with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing and reservation records.

Accommodation Booking Management:

  • Monitor and update room availability, rates, and content across all channels.
  • Ensure booking information is synchronized between platforms and hotel systems.
  • Manage cancellations, modifications, and special requests promptly.
  • Analyze booking trends and work with management to optimize occupancy and pricing strategies.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with clerical tasks including data entry, record-keeping, and report generation.
  • Maintain organized records of bookings, guest communications, and internal operations.
  • Support ordering and inventory of office and hospitality supplies.
  • Prepare operational reports for management as required.

Venue Support:

  • Ensure communal areas (lobby, reception, lounges) are clean, presentable, and well-stocked.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to report and follow up on issues.
  • Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Keep hotel management informed of all contractor visits, works in progress, and relevant updates.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or reservations management preferred.
  • Familiarity with online travel agencies (OTAs) and booking channel managers.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel management/reservation software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
