
Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and ensure smooth operations at our front desk.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional attitude;
- Organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail;
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and computer systems (training provided);
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts with patience and diplomacy.
A strong knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options is desirable.
The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and friendly demeanor;
- Assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency;
- Providing accurate information about hotel facilities and services;
- Managing reservations and room assignments, ensuring the availability of rooms and accurate billing;
- Coordinating with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction;
- Maintaining a neat and organized front desk area, including the lobby and guest reception area.
