We are seeking a Lifestyle Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing personal care and household support to individuals living with a disability in the community.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also require a current First Aid Certificate, CPR certification, and a valid Australian Driver's License.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care assistance, including showering and dressing.
  • Support with domestic tasks, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
  • Transport customers to appointments and activities, using your own vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Current CPR (annual)
  • Current Working with Children's Check (Blue Card)
  • Current Disability Services Positive Exemption Card (yellow card)
  • Current Australian Driver's License
  • Infection Control Training
Preferred but not Essential
  • Manual handling training
  • Industry experience
  • Certificate III in Disability/Individual Support/Aged Care or equivalent
