About Us
Our team partners with businesses, organisations and individuals through every stage of the employment journey—from pre-employment and workplace wellbeing to injury management and return-to-work services. Our services are best in class, person centric and holistic covering the physical, mental and psychosocial needs of the organisation or individual.
You will work as a Rehabilitation Specialist, supporting injured individuals as they step back into the workforce. You'll champion clients with care and compassion, conducting meaningful assessments and guiding them through life-changing career transitions.
Collaboration is key in this role. You will build relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to co-create solutions that make a real difference.
You will identify barriers and design tailored Return to Work (RTW) plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration. This may involve visiting workplaces to understand the real challenges and advocating for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments.
About You
You're someone who truly cares—empathetic, resilient, and deeply committed to making a difference. You hold a Master's in Psychology OR Rehabilitation Counselling and you're registered with AHPRA OR ASORC.

We have 8 incredible consultants in the team who are made up with a diverse mix of disciplines including OT's, Physios, EPs & RCs.
