A Rehabilitation Consultant is sought to guide individuals through life-changing career transitions. With a Master's in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling and registration with AHPRA or ASORC, this role requires empathetic, resilient, and deeply committed qualities. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to co-create solutions that make a real difference.

">About the Role
  • You will support injured individuals as they step back into the workforce by conducting meaningful assessments and guiding them through tailored Return to Work (RTW) plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to co-create effective solutions.
  2. Design tailored RTW plans that prioritize client recovery, resilience, and successful reintegration into the workforce.
  3. Visit workplaces to identify barriers and advocate for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments.
Requirements
  • A Master's in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling and registration with AHPRA or ASORC.
