Food Service Associate

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Food Service Associate to join our dynamic kitchen team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for food preparation, presentation, and service. They will work closely with senior chefs to assist with daily kitchen preparations, support catering for functions and events, cook using grills and fryers, manage stock levels, maintain a clean and well-presented kitchen area, check and store products safely, and complete daily cleaning checklists.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment;
- Relevant trade qualifications, including Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery and/or Food Safety Supervisor Certificate;
- Excellent customer service skills and strong commitment to quality, customers, and colleagues;
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure;
- Effective communication skills;
- Ability to handle stressful situations and possess strong problem-solving skills.
