Strategic Leadership Opportunity

We seek a visionary leader to drive the development of our long-range strategy, deliver enterprise reporting, and integrate performance intelligence.

This key role brings together strategic foresight, planning, engagement, and enterprise reporting into a consolidated capability that supports senior leadership.

  • Develop and integrate our long-range enterprise strategy and planning frameworks
  • Deliver high-quality internal and external reporting, including the Corporate Plan
  • Interpret complex data and policy signals and provide system-level advice to guide agency positioning
  • Offer authoritative guidance on economic trends and the feasibility and implications of strategic directions
  • Develop insights to inform strategic messaging and support the communication of our vision and outcomes
  • Establish and continuously improve enterprise performance measurement and evaluation frameworks
  • Provide strategic foresight through scenario modelling and risk-informed planning
  • Steward our insight ecosystem – connecting data holders, surfacing strategic questions, and reducing duplication
  • Collaborate with internal teams and the academic community to publish research that contributes to policy debate and establishes us as thought leaders in regulation and financial services

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in senior stakeholder engagement and executive advising, and will be able to lead and integrate cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-trust environments.

Travel will be a requirement for this role.
