Crown Perth is seeking dynamic leaders to join our hotels team across our three hotel brands. We are passionate about hospitality and looking for professionals who can inspire and motivate a team of front office staff, concierge and bell attendants.

We have full-time positions available at Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade, including:

  • Front Office Supervisor
  • Bell Captain
  • Duty Manager

These roles require previous experience supervising or managing a team in a fast-paced environment, hotel or hospitality experience, and excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and OPERA (Hotel Property Management System) is also preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SUP-001: Supervise and motivate a team of Front Office Clerks, Concierge and Bell Attendants.
  • HOT-002: Provide exceptional customer service and resolve queries efficiently.
  • OPE-003: Utilize OPERA (Hotel Property Management System) to manage hotel operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience supervising or managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hotel or hospitality experience.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Preferred: Hospitality or business-related qualification and experience using OPERA (Hotel Property Management System).

Working Hours: 80 hours per fortnight on a rotating roster.
