Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our customer acquisition team. This critical role will set the strategy and manage operational performance to achieve subscription growth objectives across all major channels.

The successful candidate will collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop a cross-channel acquisition strategy, understand cost and growth drivers across channels, and distill insights into impactful presentations for senior stakeholders. They will also facilitate cross-functional planning to address gaps in business targets and lead weekly acquisition performance reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Forecasting and Planning: Developing and maintaining short, mid, and long-term forecasts with Channel Owners, Finance, and Data teams
  • Evaluating Commercial Viability: Evaluating the commercial viability of tactical initiatives and identifying areas for improvement
  • Digital Marketing Leadership: Leading the Digital Marketing team, including commercial oversight of digital media strategy and supporting team members in managing strategic vendor relationships
  • Digital Capability Development: Ensuring we have exceptional digital marketing capability through continuous optimisation and successful implementation of our ongoing Digital maturity program

  • Confident working with data and using tools like GA and Power BI
  • Clear communicator and storyteller able to explain complex concepts in a clear and easy-to-digest way
