Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're seeking a talented individual to lead our recruitment team onsite with a prominent Australian furniture retailer client.

This client is one of Australia's most well-known furniture and bedding manufacturers, with over 75 stores across the country.

The successful candidate will be based out of Western Sydney and will lead a high-performing talent acquisition team that are collaborative, innovative, and deliver forward-thinking recruitment strategies.

As the onsite face of our organization, you will build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships and develop a deep understanding of the client's business.

With a strong analytical mind and ability to use data to drive meaningful conclusions, you will be a valuable asset to our team.
