The Incident Officer is responsible for providing essential support across the division, including managing multiple mailboxes, responding to queries, checking and processing invoices, and assisting with security administration tasks.

The role involves assisting school staff over the phone with reporting incidents that may impact students or education continuity, advising callers on essential actions, and contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple mailboxes and responding to queries
  • Managing supplier invoicing and record keeping
  • Providing security administration support as required
  • Taking calls and supporting/guiding school staff in reporting incidents
  • Additional administrative duties as directed
