Downer's Road Maintenance & ITS division plays a critical role in maintaining and responding to incidents across Melbourne's iconic CityLink network and soon to be West Gate Tunnel. We are seeking Incident Management Officers to join our team based out of our Southbank office. The primary duties of this role are to respond to disruptions and incidents on the Citylink network. You will be responsible for ensuring incidents are managed effectively and promptly to reduce disruptions to the road network and to improve the safety of responders and motorists.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Current MR Licence
- Traffic Control ticket & Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous incident response experience ideal however not essential
- Tow truck licence highly desirable
- A strong commitment to a Zero Harm culture.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- Basic computer skills
