What you'll do

  • Own and manage ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes, ensuring smooth handling from initiation to resolution
  • Act as the Major Incident Manager point of contact, coordinating incident investigation, resolution, and stakeholder communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure incidents and changes meet SLA requirements and are properly documented and approved
  • Identify and implement process improvements through stakeholder consultation, including maintaining training materials and knowledge assets
  • Lead post-incident and post-change reviews, manage change approvals, and ensure compliance with TLC's regulatory and audit commitments

What you'll bring

  • Experience leading a team of IPC analysts as an Incident Manager or IPC Manager
  • Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Deep understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies, as well as best practices in incident, problem, and change management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying root causes and driving resolution
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, fostering a culture of positivity, customer focus, and continuous improvement
