Policy Governance Role Overview

This critical position is responsible for ensuring effective governance over policies and procedures.

The role involves embedding a policy governance framework through a GRC system, implementing an operating rhythm of key policies, procedures, and knowledge artefacts, and overseeing their development, approval, communication, retirement, and maintenance.

Prior experience in policy governance design and implementation is essential. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, business acumen, and a genuine understanding of people's learning styles.

Experience in insurance or financial services is required, as is a sound understanding of working in an APRA regulated environment.
