Master Scheduling Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Master Scheduler to join our team in Canberra, AU.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference for our Federal Government client. The successful candidate will have solid ICT industry knowledge with minimum 5 years demonstrable experience in project scheduling. Defence experience is highly desirable.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating closely with project managers and subject matter experts to establish project milestones, work packages, work breakdown structures, tasks, subtasks, and dependencies.
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective project scheduling management system.
  • Coordinating project timelines with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining track of project timelines and deadlines.
  • Identifying potential project schedule delays, reporting, escalating, and facilitating intervention within the project thresholds and tolerances.
  • Evaluating performance and preparing project progress reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Keeping all stakeholders informed of project milestone timelines and deadlines.
  • Drafting and maintaining records of project scheduling processes.
Necessary Qualifications:
  • Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain an NV1 security clearance.
