Project Manager/Scrum Master

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager/Scrum Master to join our team and help drive our success.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about Agile methodology and has experience in implementing it across technology projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding Scrum teams on Agile practices and principles, managing project scope and timelines, and coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings, and stand-ups.

They will also be responsible for facilitating internal communication and collaboration, working with product owners and ASC teams to ensure desired outcomes, and helping teams implement changes, resolve conflicts, and remove obstacles.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of agile project delivery in Australian Government organisations, excellent planning and problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver concurrent deliverables to tight deadlines.

They will also possess clear, concise, and articulate oral and written communication skills, demonstrable skills in ICT scope definition and management, stakeholder management, delivery planning, build monitoring and control, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications in product or project management, computer science, business, or a similar field.
