Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and facilitate scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review and retrospectives.
  • Identify and mitigate obstacles hindering the team's progress.
  • Communicate project development status, risks and issues to stakeholders effectively.
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
  • Evaluate adherence to Agile principles and Scrum framework.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee smooth project delivery. Your expertise will be pivotal in facilitating effective communication, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring the team meets its objectives.

Requirements:
  • Certification in Agile methodologies, preferably Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence is advantageous.
