We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Person to join our team at AMA Collision Mackley St, Garbutt. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for providing parts support to our technicians and ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process parts orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to the workshop team.
  • Unpack and inspect incoming parts, verifying quantities and quality.
  • Organize and maintain a clean and efficient inventory storage area, ensuring easy access to parts.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of parts inventory, including credits and returns.
  • Procure parts from suppliers, negotiating prices and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Manage stock levels, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with the workshop team to resolve parts-related issues and ensure minimal downtime.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and components.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced workshop environment.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full Australian working rights.
